At Scin Co. we understand that the need to rearrange or cancel an appointment may arise for a number of reasons. 

If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same booking fee (if paid) by giving us no less than 48 hours notice (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Should you need to rearrange out of the time frame given, the non refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable to secure new appointment. Cancellations are non refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours notice or "no show" for any appointments made regardless of a booking fee being paid.  


The only time we will consider to waiver the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency (official proof will be required) or upon our discretion. 


If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please call us or text 07931275199. If you text or get an answer phone please leave a clear message stating the following:


• that you wish to cancel

• your full name

• your telephone number

• the date and time of your appointment

• the treatment/s you were booked in for


All fees paid online via the website are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances but can be transferred or credited if the need to rearrange or cancel (within the given time frame) arises. This is non negotiable due to policy changes of fees paid to the online payment services.
