Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes circumstances require you to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you fail to provide us with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full amount and require a deposit for future bookings. No-show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the appointment and require a deposit for future bookings. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time out of consideration for the next scheduled client. In such cases, you will still be charged the full price of the original appointment. Booking Fee Transfer Policy: We allow a one-time transfer of the booking fee for rescheduled appointments. However, for any subsequent appointment changes, a new booking fee will be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
